Lodestar can assist your business to achieve bookkeeping cost and efficiency gains. Becoming a Lodestar Associate Client entitles you to our initial setup (fees apply) and then ongoing support from only $60 per month (minimum 12 month commitment);

Initial Setup:

Chart of Accounts – we will implement an industry standard chart of accounts which is designed to underpin the accuracy & integrity of your financial records for reporting and taxation compliance. We will convert your existing ledger balances (as of a designated month end).

Payment Processes – we will assist you to streamline your supplier and payroll payments processes ensuring you make the most of EFT transfers, cheque printing, etc…

Lodestar Proprietary Processes – we will provide your staff with training and documentation on our financial processes which deliver highly efficient, cost effective & quality accounting operations.

Base Services

As per the Entry Package, plus:

Transaction Dictionary – we provide our innovative transaction dictionary software which makes it easy for bookkeepers to determine the correct allocation of transactions to ledger accounts, GST claims and income tax deductions.

Employee Self Service – we provide access to our innovative web-based employee self service system allowing employees to submit leave applications, view leave balances &history – all from the convenience of any web browser from any location!
