Payments – we recognise the importance to Clients of being able to retain control of their ‘cheque-book’. Our processes provide the Client with total payment visibility and approval and ensure all payments are authorised by the Client’s designated staff.

Accounts Receivable – debtor management designed to ensure all Income due is efficiently billed and receipted and accurately allocated and recorded for accounting, GST and income tax purposes.

Commission Payment & Reporting – for financial adviser and real estate practices, we will calculate sales commissions and prepare and dispatch commission reports.

Payroll – includes superannuation contribution, payroll tax and worker’s compensation management, employee allowances and deductions.

Employee Self Service – access to our innovative web-based Employee Self Service System allowing employees to submit Leave Applications, view Leave Balances, PLUS pay slips, employee personal changes, employee superannuation advices and timesheet submission and approval – all from the convenience of any web browser from any location!

BAS – we will prepare and lodge your Business Activity Statement and will reconcile GST BAS reporting to the general ledger, payroll PAYG reports to the general ledger and review income tax installments against financial projections to consider adjustment requests.

Reporting – we will provide detailed monthly profit and loss, cashflow and balance sheet reports and graphs containing commentary on areas impacting business operational efficiency.
