Lodestar provides a more cost effective support option than your accountant. Becoming a Lodestar Affiliate client for only $35 per month (minimum 12 month commitment) entitles you to ;

Base Services

Phone Support – during business hours we are only a phone call away. Our trained staff are available to answer all of your bookkeeping questions including system issues, functionality and upgrades, BAS & GST compliance, employee payroll, employee leave, employee terminations, etc….

Bookkeepers Newsletters - we provide a regular Newsletter covering issues relating to GST, FBT, depreciation, payroll, employee leave, income tax, etc. We will include articles on relevant and topical bookkeeping topics including “how to’s” on Accounting System functionality.

Optional Services (additional fees apply)

Relief Staff - we will come to your premises and complete all bookkeeping tasks during extended absences of your bookkeeper... we can also help you recruit a new bookkeeper if required.

Staff Training – we will conduct training at your premises for nominated staff on back-office accounting processes.

Tax Returns – we will prepare and lodge your income tax, FBT and payroll tax returns.

Tax Advice – should you be considering restructuring or expanding your business we can provide taxation advice on a wide range of issues including capital gains, business acquisitions & sales, fringe benefits, etc…
