Client Self Service System ("CSS")
Lodestar's unique and innovative Client Self Service system is an internet based solution providing clients with an online access to daily staff and business management functions. CSS also provides "straight through processing" of Payroll Management activities such as changes to staff addresses, banking information, payroll deductions, etc. It has the added advantage of reducing the need for paper based communications between the Client and Lodestar.
Clients benefit from CSS in terms of lowering the need for staff communications with Lodestar thus allowing staff to concentrate on their core business roles. Lodestar benefits from cost savings through automation of information capture. In developing and continuing to invest in CSS, Lodestar is able to base its competitive market strategy on both price and service.
